Time: Tentative, however BBQ would be likely to start @ 5pm (setting up of fire)

You can come and go anytime, but try to join in the BBQ at least =)

I need suggestion for Drinks and also if you wan to order more food variety. If possible, contact us by the coming TUESDAY. The food orders will be made on that day.

Pls state if you want more servings of certain type of items.

I might need other BBQ stuff such as tongs, disposable utensil, brush, etc.

Also, I'm looking for ice box to put ice in it to keep our drinks cold.
